Shipping Information

I use a fulfillment center for clothing items and ship all other items out personally. Because of this, some items in your order may ship separately.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Custom or original art cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Tracking Your Order

International Shipping

International orders generally take 1-4 weeks to arrive but there may be unforeseen delays. Once your package leaves USPS/UPS we have no tracking until it is delivered by your local service. 

This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Sustainability in Shipping

We use post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic packaging wherever possible (currently for apparel products) and are switching over to triangular cardboard boxes for art prints to replace tubes with plastic end caps. If you have any questions or comments please email me at kwonnyart@gmail.com
